My Story

I joined the girl's home in May 2021. I used to live in a red-light district along with my mother and brother.  My mother is a commercial sex worker and an alcoholic.

My mother didn’t want me to stay in the red-light area and continue the vicious cycle of being in the sex trade, and so she admitted me into the girl's home. I like it when we get to play in the gymnasium and do craft work. I had never been able to attend school before and am happy to be learning and getting a chance for a brighter future.
