Twirling lightly in the fresh mountain air, 11-year-old Somiya giggles. Her vibrant new dress, a gift of love and hope, flutters as she spins, her joy radiating.
For Somiya, this simple moment reflects a life transformed—a life you have helped shape.
Not long ago, Somiya’s days were difficult. Her family lived in a bamboo and mud house, clinging to the steep slopes of the remote mountains. She grew up watching her parents struggle to provide even the simplest necessities. Education was impossible.
Through your donations, you sponsored her school fees and provide the supplies she needed—books, stationery, clothes and food. Today, she is thriving our school of hope in the Himalayas. She now dreams of becoming someone who can uplift her family and community.
“I am very grateful to you all for supporting me and helping me in my darkest times. God bless you all,” says Somiya. Her parents add, “Thank you very much. Through you, our child has gotten the chance and opportunity to have education.”
