A Miracle Happened For Kunja
Kunja’s life was a ceaseless cycle of hard labor, punctuated by the daily struggle for water.  At only 26 years-old Kunja and her husband lived in a small hut with their 4 children.

At sunrise Kunja and her husband would leave their elder children in charge of their younger siblings, as they ventured into the fields and forests to earn their living.

Returning at dusk, Kunja would hurry towards the stream to fetch water for washing, bathing, and dinner. Their hands were calloused from labor, their hearts heavy with an unending struggle. She often wondered, ‘Will there ever be any end to these sufferings?’

A well of clean water in Kunja’s village was never thought possible because of it’s remote location and lack of electricity.  That was until your generous gifts made a solar-powered well in their village a reality!

For Kunja and her family, the well was a miracle. The daily ordeal of fetching water was replaced with the simple turn of a tap.

Now, when they return from work, fatigue is eased by the delivery of clean water.  They no longer get sick from drinking water from dirty streams, they can cook their meals, bath their kids, and do their chores without the exhausting job of gathering their water first.

Even more, the storage tank installed with the well carries enough water to supply the village even during the hottest seasons of drought.

Because of you, life will never be the same again!
